The Loma Vista HOA was created when development of the subdivision started in accordance with an agreement with the City of Tooele.  The HOA was required by the city to maintain common areas around the subdivision where there would be double frontage along Skyline and Droubay.  The developer originally managed the HOA until October 2015 when it was transferred to a five member Board elected by the lot owners in the subdivision.  The Board members serve as volunteers with no compensation.  The Board is tasked with enforcing the CCRs and developing annual budgets/assessments to maintain the HOA and common areas.
